Today is a sad day for us all where we say farewell to club football and enter the minefield of international football for a week or so – well, barring some of the more obscure leagues. After today, I can only emphasise massive caution in any bets as value is beyond difficult to find for international games.
Today’s featured game is the massive derby match in Iceland’s Urvalsdeild between giants KR Reykjavik and reigning champions FH Hafnarfjordur. A win tonight for the hosts sees them leap to the top of the table and would all but end FH’s chances of winning the title this year so this could be a very important game indeed.
KR Reykjavik are Iceland’s oldest and most successful club so their fans are naturally a little impatient for silverware with just three minor domestic trophies over the past few years. They’d much prefer to get their hands on the Urvalsdeild trophy, something that has been out of their grasp since 2003. KR have been fighting hard to reclaim what they feel is rightfully theirs and they finally have a great chance of doing so, particularly if they win tonight. Although their home record isn’t particularly flattering this season, I attribute that to a rather random Urvalsdeild season with most of the heavyweights under-achieving and minnows like IBV Vestmannaeyjar doing very well indeed. However, KR’s form of late leaves them as the best side in Iceland as they’ve won seven out of their last eight Urvalsdeild games, scoring a hefty twenty-one goals along the way, which is an average of nearly three goals per game. Ex-Celtic striker Finnbogason has used his giant frame to big advantage in attack this season in both assists and goals with Takefusa benefiting immensely from his towering strike partner. The reason I think KR have done so well this season is not solely because of the number of goals that they score but their options in attack with ex-Molde FK striker Baldvinsson as “back-up”, who is good enough to start in this division, let alone play as second fiddle! There’s both experience and youth in this squad and they’ve blended particularly well this season so I fancy KR to do tonight what they’ve not done since 2003 - beat FH at home.
FH have really let me down this season. They’ve lacked composure, discipline, clinical finishing, and any kind of defensive organisation and will hopefully face the appropriate punishment by the end of the season as a result. They’ve just looked very complacent for a side that has won many Urvalsdeild titles in recent times and I don’t think they’ve done anywhere near enough this season to be even close to where they are now in the table, let alone have a chance of winning the title. The fact that only five Urvalsdeild sides have conceded more goals than they have tells a story in itself! FH haven’t had a dismal campaign on the road but it’s not been particularly good either with just three wins in eight away games. They’ve defended in a semi-decent fashion on the road but their lack of goalscoring has cost them. FH have won just once in their last three away games, losing 3-1 at relegation-threatened UMF Grindavik in their most recent away game. FH have even been throwing leads away this season, which again speaks volumes about them currently. I look at FH’s side and just wonder where their goals will come from tonight. They’ve heavily relied upon striker Bjornsson this season but look totally lost without him. The reason they did so well last season was because they also had Gudnason and Vilhjalmsson contributing but both have under-performed this season and FH look a lot weaker for it.
Ultimately, FH’s form of late has reflected their season as a whole by being patchy and unconvincing. I expect their weak defence to finally be torn apart by an eager and massively in-form KR Reykjavik as they really need to win this game today and FH have bottled every other “must-win” game this season; why not this one too? This is a massive game in Iceland, probably the biggest Icelandic derby nowadays, so expect plenty of cards and goals. However, with KR’s excellent form at the moment and strong mental belief I have to favour them to win this one at 23/20.
Verdict: KR Reykjavik to win at 23/20.
Monday’s Picks
My tips:
As ever, below are my recommended value tips for today in no particular order:
APOEL Nicosia vs Ermis – under 2.5 goals at 10/11.
This is a bold call because APOEL are easily two or three times that Ermis are but as ever, there is method to the madness. First of all, APOEL played a draining 120-minute game with Getafe last week in the UEFA Europa League Qualifiers and were desperately unlucky not to qualify after playing their Spanish opponents off the park. APOEL looked frighteningly good and I think they may suffer from something of an anti-climax by facing little Ermis here, not to mention the fatigue factor following a draining game against good opponents. The other factor is that APOEL are currently under suspension and thus cannot have any fans at this game so their tired legs may not get the spurring on that they need. All in all, giants APOEL are primed for a tiring game today and although I still think they’ll win the game somewhat comfortably due to their weak opponents, my call is a brave under 2.5 goals for this game today.
Verdict: Under 2.5 goals at 10/11.
Brno vs Sparta Prague – over 2.5 goals at 11/10.
Brno are bottom of the Gambrinus Liga following five defeats in six games. However, that doesn’t really tell the whole story. Of course, Brno’ shit defence contributes largely to it as they already average conceding over two goals per game but generally, they’ve not been terrifically different from normal. They lose their away games as per usual but have been a little poorer than normal at home so far. Defence has never been their strong point – it was always goalscoring at home that bailed them out and they’ve not lost that this year, scoring in all three home games this season. They were stupidly poor at home against Usti nad Labem in their opening game of the season but have been good since then at home, losing 3-2 against a fortuitous Slavia Prague despite having a two-goal lead and beating in-form Mlada Boleslav 3-1 last match. Brno do have goals in them; they just only play well at home so I expect them to turn up tonight, particularly as they’re facing Czech Republic’s biggest club.
Visitors Sparta Prague are not in a great position to be facing an unpredictable Brno side, however. Back-to-back defeats against MSK Zilina of Slovakia in the UEFA Champions League Qualfiers sees Sparta Prague shunned into the UEFA Europa League, which they’re not too impressed with, understandably. They looked poor in both legs, however, so it can’t have been unexpected. Sparta have looked average at best this season with goals still in their arsenal but their defence looking vulnerable.
Veteran centre-back Repka is the only one that holds this club together; without him, they’re hopeless. Only talented Ivorian youngster Wilfried presents a consistent threat in attack for Sparta but the loan signing of Vachousek from Teplice should give them additional creativity to accomodate for Sparta’s less talented strikers. Sparta really need to bounce back from their defeat against title rivals Viktoria Plzen in their most recent Gambrinus Liga game as the gap between themselves and the afore-mentioned is already ten points, although Sparta are playing their game in hand today. They must remain vigilant because this Plzen side looks incredibly vigilant so Sparta have to push for the away win here instead of being content with a draw and sneaking a goal if required. The Gambrinus Liga is not a frequent ally of the away win so I have my doubts over Sparta’s quest but Brno’s defence is bad enough to concede goals here so Sparta won’t be too down.
The problem for Sparta is that Brno are good at scoring goals at home; they always have been. They’ve averaged scoring two goals per home game so far this season and two out of the last three meetings between these two sides have gone over 2.5 goals so I fancy this one today. Sparta have to be at least a little tired from their trip to Slovakia last week and they don’t convince me enough defensively at the moment so I fancy this game to go over 2.5 goals today, particularly if the real Brno turn up – they’ve only failed to score at home to Sparta Prague once in Sparta’s last six visits! I therefore also like both sides to score at 10/11 too.
Verdict: Over 2.5 goals at 11/10.
Victoria Branesti vs Astra Ploiesti - both sides to score at 10/11.
Victoria Branesti are undeniably short on quality in Liga 1 but what they’re not short on is belief, something which has shown immensely during their first few games. You can look at their record of four defeats in five games and disregard them entirely or you can look at the games they’ve played (trips to three of Romania’s best sides – CFR Cluj, Steaua Bucharest, and Poli Timisoara) and have given a good account of themselves. Indeed, the trip to CFR Cluj is the only one this season that Victoria Branesti haven’t scored in so their potency isn’t in question. Their defence is undeniably susceptible and they’ve been caught out a few times already this season but whilst they’re scoring goals, they’re worth taking seriously. They’ve scored three goals in two “home” games, winning one of the games, and generally making nuisances of themselves. Relegation for Victoria Branesti this season looks a distinct possibility, particularly with the handicap of having no home advantage this season, but I’ll stick with them whilst they play with as much spirit as they are currently playing with.
Visitors Astra Ploiesti have lofty ambitions this year and although the statistics don’t show it, they are improving. They’ve claimed an impressive 2-2 draw at CFR Cluj and made Dinamo Bucharest work for a 2-1 win at home earlier this season so they’re certainly growing in ability. The demise of Unirea Urziceni has boosted their cause too with their place becoming available and also by Astra signing one of their many exiting players – defender Galamaz - so it’s worthwhile to not underestimate Astra this season, although I’m not sure they’re ready to achieve their long-term goal yet. Much like their hosts today, Astra have scored in four out of their five games this season and have scored in both away games thus far so they look set to cause a few problems themselves on their trip to Buzau so I do see goals here today.
I think both sides are good enough to score against each other but more importantly they’re both bad enough defensively to concede against each other. With statistics supporting my theory, the logical step is to back both sides to score in this game today.
Verdict: Both sides to score at 10/11.
Anzhi Makhachkala vs Sibir Novosibirsk – home win at 4/5.
This relegation battle couldn’t have come at a better time for hosts Anzhi and couldn’t have come at a worse time for visitors Sibir. Anzhi have played very well in all of their games since their unconvincing 2-1 win at Pskov 747 in the Russian Cup barring their trip to giants CSKA Moscow, winning three times along the way and keeping three clean sheets in their last five games. Anzhi are coping well with sides around them defensively by keeping it tight and although their goalscoring isn’t as good as it needs to be, they still look competent enough to stay in the division this year. They’ve won two consecutive home games in the Premier League without conceding a goal in either game and that looks unlikely to change today as they host a fairly useless Sibir Novosibirsk side that has recently sold their leader and top goalscorer Medvedev to Rubin Kazan. Anzhi rarely concede at home as it is but without him, Sibir have little chance of changing that record. Sibir have only just returned from a 5-0 drubbing in the Netherlands against Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven and will undoubtedly be tired from the lengthy trip. To play a massive relegation battle against Anzhi upon their return is largely unwelcome and as a result, I expect them to struggle today. Sibir have already lost seven out of eight away games this season, drawing the other game, whilst averaging conceding nearly three goals per game. It’s that kind of abject defending that gives me hope in Anzhi scoring a rare goal today and if they do then they should win this game as I just don’t see where Sibir’s goals are going to come from.
I initially thought that 4/5 was a bit too short for this selection but with the above in mind, I think it’s about right and that there should be some value in the home win today.
Verdict: Anzhi Makhachkala to win at 4/5.
Winterthur vs Aarau – home win at 33/20.
This is a risky bet but the odds make it look worthwhile to me. Winterthur had a great campaign in the Challenge League last year and were very nearly promoted as a result. They reached that level due to strong home form with ten wins in fifteen games. They averaged scoring over two goals per home game and were generally a very difficult side to play against. However, something of a baptism of fire this season fixture-wise has left Winterthur floundering as they suffered three consecutive defeats at the start of the season. However, those defeats were at promotion favourites Lausanne Sports, at home to a talented Kriens, and away against a potent Biel-Bienne so it’s not the most unforgivable of runs. Since then, Winterthur have woken up and won two consecutive games against a very good Servette side and at a decent Yverdon Sport side so momentum favours them today, which is a very dangerous plus for an under-achieving but talented Winterthur side that really shouldn’t be underestimated here. Winterthur lost Nigerian starlet Emeghara and Swiss midfielder Lenjani to Grasshoppers Zurich over the summer but they’ve kept hold of Bieli, who was responsible for half of their lethal Emeghara-Bieli dual attack last season so they’re still a dangerous side this year.
Visitors Aarau aren’t the same side that were relgated last year. Financial problems and the the changing of divisions saw a good number of their side leave and be replaced by youngsters and it’s shown so far this season with their only impressive displays coming at home. Just look at who they lost in the transfer window though – midfielder Lang (Grasshoppers Zurich), striker Mustafi (Arminia Bielefeld), defener Aquaro (CSKA Sofia), left-back Elmer (Sion), and goalkeeper Benito (Grasshoppers Zurich), just to name a few. All of those players were very much integral members of this Aarau side and although they’ll be pleased to have kept hold of Macedonian striker Stojkov (and his Cameroonian striker partner Bengondo), they still have problems in other areas of their side and are far from the complete unit as a result.
With the above in mind, I don’t think the hosts should be so generously priced. They’re an experienced and able side in this division with a good amount of momentum supporting them today whereas their opponents aren’t fully gelled yet and still lack good players in vital areas of their team. Although this game could be a close one, I think Winterthur’s price is too generous to ignore tonight.
Verdict: Winterthur to win at 33/20.

Hi
I have nothing to add regarding Ian’s preview of the KR vs FH game. KR will want the revenge the loosing to FH in the cup final and because IBV and Breidablik won today, KR needs to win this game even more.
There are though 2 critical players in each team that will not play this game due to suspensions.
They are for KR, the captain Bjarni Gudjonsson and Kjartan Henry Finnbogason, and for FH, Olafur Pall Snorrason and Bjorn Daniel Sverrisson. All these players are massive players for their clubs and will be surly missed.
I think KR has a more balanced team at the moment so KR will handle these suspensions better.
I am biased here, I have lived next to the club/pitch all my live, played in the younger teams of KR both in football and basketball, so I can only tell you that this is a huge game here in my neigbourhood and I have a feeling the time is now for KR to shine :-)
Superb info as usual Dagur – cheers mate!
Im gutted theres NOTHING decent to bet on from now till Saturday and even then it looks grim! I hate these International breaks!
For that reason ive put a lot of money aside and left myself £53 to play with till all the Club footie starts back! I can only find decent games to bet on Today and none for rest of the Week :S
Im gonna go for this 4 Folds with my £53. Bit risky but there isnt anything else to bet on or to add to my slip for the rest of the Week and I fancy these 4 teams to win Today… All Home wins!
Dover v Thurrock 1/2 Mon 15:00

There’s really to bet on today. :( Maybe so sort of combo with Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan, Sporting Lisbon & Levski Sofia @ 4/1 but even that’s clutching at straws and unlucky to come off. I’ll get to explore the markets tomorrow because they’re are a few other teams that interest me.
Wow, what’s up with my typing?!

Oh dear!
Maybe not then! ha lol
hi i’ll offer you 3 draws at HT
Fleetwood-York
Naval-Sporting
Trollhättan-Syrianska FC
good luck
I will take a longshoot today.
AEK vs. Omonia Nicosia 1X @ 2,50
One thing with this type of bet is that it “feels good” when putting it but if Omonia run over AEK Nicosa it feels like I was waaaaay wrong.
I think this bet have value so I take a shoot at it. Alot can happend in the beginning of the season. Alots of “unknown factors” that can play in. Not much to go on in form or for that matter head to head.
I think Omonia will win because of their superior ability and competitive match practice but I don’t think they’ll walk it. AEK are an old Cypriot side so they have their pride to fight for here. They’ve also appointed Jordi Cruyff as manager and he’s brought in friends like Kevin Hofland to play for them so they’re no idiots. However. Not enough of his friends joined AEK to concern me today so I’ll take the AW. Good luck mate
Well. Its a longshoot. My gameplan is on this game that its beginning of the season if a team that is less good on paper will “shake” the better team it is in the beginning of the season when they hopefully have fresh players to put on the pitch.
Jordi was a good player wonder how he is as a manager. Interesting that they have Hofland. I see that he sat on the bench alot last year in Feyenoord I guess he becomes star defender in this newly promoted team.
If this was the same game in the middle of the season and AEK is in the bottom and Omonia was in the top I wouldnt touch this. I hope they can “kill the game” and hold draw so Omonia becomes frustrated. I hope they fight well in this games instead of just put out the shoes on the pitch and go on vacation.
This one didnt work out but it seemes like omonia had to struggle to win this getting in goal against them. After I read your last post I did take a look at the teams squad and it strikes me that AEK have a very small squad compared with Omonia. If they get red cards or injuries of key players they dont have all that much to throw in.
Omonia have a troop in size of dealing with european cup play but the obvious missed it. What do clubs do in situations like that ? Downsize the squad as quick as possible ?
Eh, it was always on the cards as AEK are an old side in their first game following promotion and Omonia are the top side in Cyprus but have crashed out of European competition so it wasn’t ever gonna be a handicap game.
AEK’s squad is small – they have a rather poor side that is boosted by Cruyff and some of his friends, nothing more. They’re not a good side – they’re just trying to avoid relegation this year.
Nah, Omonia have very rich owners. They’ll be disappointed not to have qualified but exits are not necessary.
Another longshoot.
OB vs. Midtjylland 2 @ 4,55
Any team can win this match. Two teams with good form I value that Midtjylland have around 40 % chance to win this , the same as OB so 4,55 is a very good odds to try.
It is high risk and this game can go any way.
This should be a very random game! OB miss Haaland and Helveg from defence whereas Midtylland miss Bak and Albrechtsen from defence! Over 2.5 goals ftw ;)
That is also a good pick. I cannot argue against it. I may even throw in a few pennys on that bet too. :)
Over 2,5 feels like safe road while mine bet is more risky but I just think its worth a try.
i can wait to bum everton to beat united this weekend, considering both teams form/hype the toffee’s will be at an AMAZINGLY high price :D
Hey Marz, you got any info on the S-Leagues games today?
im going for treble today…. lnter, Athletico and Helsinki. Nothing else stands oot!
HAMMARBY (HFF) – JÖNKÖPINGS SÖDRA (JSIF)
SUPERETTAN, SWEDEN.
Interesting match today in the Swedish Superetta. Hammarby still have the chance on the qualifying spot that could take them to the country´s top division again while Jönköpings Södra are in the opposite situation and in the bottom four (with 7 games to play). At the moment they will have to qualify to stay in Superettan. 5 places, 7 points and 13 goals (in HFF´s favour) separates the teams before tonight´s game. Could be a real battle I reckon with JSIF needing all the points they can get, but so do HFF in order to climb a couple of places up to that 3rd spot. At the moment IFK Norrköping and GIF Sundsvall both look likely to reach Allsvenskan through straight promotion.
HFF will be missing first-choice ‘keeper Isak Dahlin tonight as well as Robin Wikman. JSIF will have to do without Mathias Etheus but welcome back their first-choice ‘keeper Nuredin Bakiu from 3 months out due to injury (likely to to be substitute).
Hammarby have Linus Hallenius 17 goals so far in 21 games and topping the goalscoring charts while JSIF have Pär Cederqvist with 14 in 23. Both playing tonight.
Difficult game to predict. I´m leaning towards the home win but find over 2.5 more interesting. No massive value though. HHF´s last three at Söderstadion read: 3-2 Assyriska, 3-0 Trollhättan and 2-1 Ängelholm and while HFF have awesome backing from their passionate fans, there is indeed an improvement in JSIF (unbeaten in their last five games, W1-D4-L0) as Ian pointed out yesterday.
PREDICTION:
MAIN BET: Over 2.75 goals @ 1.87
SIDE BET 1: Home Win 1.80
SIDE BET 2: Over 3.75 goals @ 3.10
Confidence is not 10/10 on either of these picks but Hammarby have the potential to score a couple of goals against anyone in Superettan and JSIF have looked better of late so with this in mind this could become a good game with a couple of goals.
Good luck!
I also like Atletico Madrid HT/FT today at 2.20. Will have a good luck at it now.
Newspapers reporting HFF´s top goalscorer Hallenius is in Genoa to sign a contract and won´t play today. Would be careful backing them today at 1.80 if he´s indeed out. Coach says he will play. Might be rumours but it´s been confirmed HFF are talking with one club about a possible transfer. Transfer window closes tomorrow I think.
Hammarby have confirmed that Linus Hallenius won´t be playing tonight so… that´s it!
Ouch! Laying Hammarby ftw, I reckon!
Genoa will do him good though – good attacking football side!
A real twist. Not even sure about the main bet now how the absence of their best player will affect the rest of the team. Both teams still need to win so it might not have that much impact. Not sure!
I´ve already taken it in a double along with Atletico Madrid HT/FT at 3.70 so not much to do, just hope I guess!
I mean the overs bet, not the home win.
I’ll put a small stake on Fortuna Dusseldorf against Hertha Berlin in 2.Bundesliga tonight. Fortuna was solid on home ground last season, and are facing a team that has lost most of their players from last year, which ended in relegation from 1. Bundesliga.
My bet: Fortuna DNB, Odds 2.28 @ 5Dimes
Athletico madrid to win 3 nil just a got a feeling seem to win a lot by that score ar hme to weaker sides such as gijon
Have to agree with Zolidus here, Midtjylland are way over priced…
Here are the recent results of H2H games in 2010:
Thu 29/04/10 LAN OB 2 – 2 Midtjylland
Wed 21/04/10 LAN Midtjylland 2 – 0 OB
Mon 29/03/10 SUP OB 1 – 2 Midtjylland
Sat 06/03/10 SUP Midtjylland 2 – 2 OB
As you can see Midtjylland seem to have had the better of Odense recently and I think there’s a very good chance we could see them win today. We must also consider the Europa League hangover that could have an effect on Odense, it certainly affected Tottenham recently!
Possible bets:
Midtjylland DNB @ 2.75
Midtjylland +0.5 AH (double chance) @ 1.9
Midtjylland team goals over 1.5 @ 3 (my favourite of the bunch)
I´ve taken Midtjylland DNB along with RKC DNB in a double. Such a boring Monday!
Lets hope Midtjylland win so we can cash in some on that bet :)
Maybe I’m completely off my head but I’m going to start the day with £5 on Haka (DNB) @ 12/5. I just very a funny feeling Haka will do well today so I’m going with my instincts to see if it pays off. Wish me luck!
*just have a very funny
Nah, I think you’re just off your head mate! Admitteldy MyPa are shit but Haka have few (if any!) good players left following their financial nightmare. At best they should get a draw from this game and whereas that means you’d get your stake back, I don’t personally feel it’s a good bet as I rate it as 35/60/5. Still, hope I’m wrong for your sake mate!
Ah, great. :( Maybe I shouldn’t bet on teams that I don’t know much about in future because MyPa have just gone 1-0 up. I hope I at least get my money back. I just had a feeling that Haka might nick a win here because Haka’s away form was better that MyPa’s home form last season. And MyPa’s home form this season isn’t that good and Haka’s away form isn’t that bad so I thought Haka might surprise in this fixture. Also, the home side in this fixture hasn’t won in the last twelve meetings between these two. Also, Haka have a better away record against MyPa than they do at home against them! All these factors lead me to believe that Haka might, just might pull something out of the bag but it doesn’t look like the case at the minute. Oh, well. :(
Once again 2 crazy bets last nite i have thrown all profit i made over a week AGAIN
I have closed all my internet betting sites with regret but for my own good ashame.
Sorry man I blow it like that all the time ! Don’t sweat it
Here’s my £1 accumulator for today with all selections as DNB:
1. HJK Helsinki v Mariehamn – HJK Helsinki @ 1/9
2. FC Brno v Sparta Prague – Sparta Prague @ 4/11
3. Karpaty v Volyn – Karparty @ 1/7
4. Dnipro v Metalurg Donetsk – Dnipro @ 3/10
5. Hammarby v Jonkopings Sodra @ 4/11
6. Brann v Viking – Brann @ 8/15
7. Gloria Bistrita v Targu Mures – Gloria Bistrita @ 1/5
8. Brage v Vasby – Brage @ 3/10
9. Trollhattan v Syrianska – Syrianska @ 2/5
10. KR Reykjavik v Hafnarfjordur – KR Reykjavik @ 8/11
11. Antalyaspor v Trabzonspor – Trabzonspor @ 4/11
12. Bologna v Inter Milan – Inter Milan @ 1/5
13. Den Bosch v RKC Waalwijk – RKC Waalwijk @ 21/20
14. Naval v Sporting Lisbon – Sporting Lisbon @ 3/10
15. Atletico Madrid v Sporting Gijon – Atletico Madrid @ 2/13
Odds: 88.34/1
If i were to have a bet 2nite would go for atletico win to nil and empoli double.
I wouldn’t bet on Atletico to beat anyone to nil if you actually gave me the money to do it! One of the worst defences in the Primera Liga against a side that doesn’t know when they’re beaten. Atletico should win it but only by scoring more, not a tactically sound display, although I hope I’m wrong for you mate!
I like it – spiced up with HJK and MyPa to remain 2-0 both until half time
100 = 766
So far so good…

Chelmsford v Dartford 10/11 Mon 15:00 WON 2-0
Atletico Madrid v Sporting 1/2 Mon 21:00
4 Folds
6.41/1
£53 = £339.73
…I would have prefered that Atletico Madrid were playing someone like Barcelona or Real Madrid and not Sporting Gijon because they always seems to mess up against the cr@p teams in the league and beat the top teams! lol
Non-League right? I was having a look at Wimbledon and Mansfield but pulled out. Thought the odds were alright down there.
ye m8
Not the main Conference League. The two below… North & South Conference Leagues.
Fucking bank holiday stuck with mrs had £600 all ready for Sparta prague and hjk double but couldn’t get out of this fucking house grrrrrrrr
Bologna sacked there manager this morning so inter might get a easy ride 2nite.
Going on what Ian said about atletico empoli/Inter double.
Do you live in Italy mate?
Oh just realised that Empoli playing now and its 0 0 after 80 mins glad i did not bet lol
Gone for £150 on Athletico to win by 2+ goals @ 2.38. Im sure Athletico will win this with relative ease and odds should be around 2 – 2.25 in my opinion..
Tempted to do a small double with Athletico and Inter to beat the handicap at 6.5 ,but just for fun.
Unlucky MKW they both won by 2+ as well!
Wow! It’s been a terrible day for me so far. I lost £5 on Haka, my accumulator’s gone, so I’ve made a final attempt to actual win something today by sticking £4 on Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan & Sporting Lisbon @ 7/2. I’m praying that it comes off because if it does then I’ll actually up for the day. Fingers crossed! :(
Not at the moment but back to Italy end of september.
Fair play – I just wondered by the name and interest in Italian football is all :)
Btw, be wary of Empoli this season – they just sold Eder to Brescia, who was arguably their best striker, so they’re not reliable until they replace him.
Well it always difficult to judge matches in serie b until end of season when teams need to win and other team not playing for anything. Odds are crap but its a cert.
wow inter really should have taken this! 6mins extra time? im on bologna for £5 at 25/1!
horrible game.. new boy cuchinio absolute shite.. Hmm benitez to screw up another good team? too early to tell probably.. we’ll see haha
rafa is a useless manger. killed my big treble today!!!!!!! FML
He actually is. I used to lose a lot betting on Liverpool and I bet the same happens now he’s at Inter!
Ok now im so fucking TILT?!??! Is this shit real anymore fuck fuck
32 bets and i have won fucking 4 times, i mean fucking 4 times.. Always bet treble’s becouse of my bonus what im completing. Alwas 1 game on my voucher’s has losed like:
Dynamo Kiev – Dnipro | Dybano Kiev win 1,50
Breiðablik – Haukar | Breiðablik win 1,20
Wolverhampton – Southend | Wolverhampton win 1,33
AEK Athen – Dundee Utd | AEK Athen wins 1,35
Metalist Kharkiv – AC Omonia | Metalist Kharkiv wi 1,50
PS Kemi – Klubi 04 (1X2) | PS Kemi win 1,55

KR – FH | Over 2,50 1,55
So 32 bets and i have losed 18 times becouse one of my match on the trebles haven’t won.
Fuck my life.
I think we here on the site have all been in this situation and find ourself always in this situation. I don’t want to count how many trebles and fourforlds have been lost because of a 1 game. Yesterday I have Rops, Skive, Rops, Inter today, Kemi Kings on Friday and so on and so.
The trick is to do many accys, I do 5 to 7 accys per day, then getting one right means you end on break even or near that, if you win on 2 you get a small profit and if you win on three then you have a decent profit.
This system is good in avoiding loosing all your money. There always comes a day when you get a profit to pay up you loss. I am also always happy with break even days :-)
‘wllow’ dont get to down m8!
I’ve lost out on about £2,000+ in the last week or two because of one or two games but am use to it now.
Was one game off £4,000 few months ago and year ago today I was 3 games off winning £100k!
Happens to us all m8! U’ll soon get use to it!
3 games might seem a lot but I say 3 games because i did have 20/25 right intill the Evening KO’s lol
lol @ “fuck my life”. dude its just betting dont take it so personal, the teams dont know u have bet on them and they are not losing because YOU have bet on them.
If only one team is losing out of a treble, then actually your choices are good and you should be rewarded!
i suggest doing a “trixie” and then a smaller accumulator on top. or a lucky 15/31/63, again you will get a payout. its less odds, but try it!
if you aint winning, either take a break or change your system!
best of luck
