...that I'm sad. Now I am going to enhance my reputation of being such. I've actually sat down and worked out how I think the UEFA Cup will unwind, even though it's not finalised yet. I've decided who is going to finish where and what sides are going to be in the final reckoning in my opinion. I think the clubs you are going to be looking at to win it are AC Milan (4/1), Sevilla (11/1), Zenit St Petersburg (18/1), Standard de Liege (18/1), CSKA Moscow (20/1), Fiorentina (25/1). Those are listed in odds order by the way, not in the order I necessarily rate their chances. To be honest, I'd fancy any of these sides to win it. I think the holders Zenit St Petersburg are being overlooked, but that largely depends on if they can keep hold of Arshavin until the end of the season or not. The same applies to surprise package Standard de Liege, which depends on whether Witsel will stay in January or not. CSKA Moscow are absolutely flying at the moment and I really fancy them to emulate their heroics of winning the very same trophy only a few years ago in Portugal. I'm surprised at Fiorentina's odds to be honest with you - last season's semi-finalists, extremely unlucky to go out and they've only strengthened their squad over the summer. Lastly, how can anyone write off AC Milan and Sevilla? AC Milan admittedly have just lost Rino Gattuso for the season and Sevilla aren't quite "where it's at" form-wise, but both have experience and ability. I'll leave the ultimate decision up to yourselves, but I've done most of the leg-work for you!
